三木商工会議所で話しました。 I talked our experience at Miki chamber of commerce.

兵庫県の三木市で15日に話しをさせいただきました。
大工道具の地場産業で知られていますが住宅工法も様変わりで、鉋（かんな）や鑿（ノミ）などは大工さんも殆ど使っていなくて組立て工法が主流です。更にご多分に漏れず、海外への技術移転が進んでいます。
そこでテーマは経営革新です。実は約3年前にこの商工会議所から30名が「つまようじ資料室」にお越しになりまして、つまようじからデンタルケア用品の製造へと変化しているのが印象的だったようです。
そこでイノベーション(革新）を強調しました。毎日の業務の改善を積み重ねることで改革につながります。
「つまようじでも出来るのですから皆様も必ず出来ます」とやる気を喚起しました。
Miki city(Hyogo pref) is famous of tools of carpneter such as plainer and chisel.But recently the method of housing has become prefabricated house.Moreover the tecnics has transfered to overseas.Then the thema is renovation. 30 members of this club visited us and learned the change of us [from toothpick to dental care items] in toothpick gallery 3 years ago.
I insisted the inovation and heap of daily Kaizen on each task will connect to renovation.
As ｗe, tooth pick manufacturer can, you are sure to achieve it.
