北海道での丸軸生産 The round sticks are made in Hokkaido.

私共の丸軸の先端を三角形に削った歯用の歯間ようじの材料(丸軸）は北海道で作られています。私が訪門した21日は幸い零下6度でそれまで20度の日が続いたそうです。写真はボイラーです。原木を剥くために煮るので熱湯が必要で、その後短冊状に切った短板の乾燥に熱風が要るためのボイラーです。このような厳しい環境下でしかも大型の設備が必要なのです。
この丸軸を作ってもらえるために、私共は世界で唯一の卓上用の歯間ようじを提供できるのです。
The row mateial of doctor pick (round stick but triangle on top) are made in Hokkaido.When I visited on 21st of this month, it was -6 degree.But before 21st it had continued -20 degree.This photo is boiler.It is used to boil the timber in order to peel.The sheet of board after peeling must be dry by the heat of boiler.Under very severe condition the big facility is required to produce. As we can get fine round stiocks,we are able to present the doctor pick on table,only one in the world to keep customer's teeth in good condition.
